If you have any questions about the club, please email membership@wokingsquashclub.org.

The address of the club is:

Woking Squash Rackets Club
Horsell Moor
Horsell
Woking
Surrey GU21 4NQ

Tel: 01483 766516 (6–8pm, Mon to Thurs)

The club is just over half a mile west of Woking town centre and is easy to get to by car, bike and foot. It is on a road called Horsell Moor next to the junction with Arthurs Bridge Road. Do not confuse the road with Horsell Moor Common (of War of the Worlds fame). The site is easy to see on Google Maps as it is in a corner of the cricket club sports field, north of the Basingstoke Canal and Lockfield Drive.

Directions by car

Victoria Way (A320) forms the North and West side of Woking’s inner ring road. From here go either northwards, Chobham Road (A3046), first left at mini roundabout onto Brewery Lane, 4th left into Arthurs Bridge Road, first left into Horsell Moor, first left into club car park. or … Westwards, Lockfield Drive (A324) to the Harefields, large island roundabout, 5th exit to come back down Lockfield Drive, first left at traffic lights, just after pelican crossing, into Well Lane, 3rd right into Abbey Road which is a residential road (please drive slowly), to the give way at the end, turn right into Arthurs Bridge Road, first left into Horsell Moor, first left into club car park.

Directions by bike

Cyclists can make use of the canal tow path alongside Basingstoke canal. If travelling from the south, a short cut is via Bridge Barn Lane and the footbridge over the canal at the Bridge Barn pub. There is a set of covered bike racks to the left of the club entrance.

Directions by foot

From the railway station it’s about a 15-18 minute walk. Please see this Google Map for alternative routes.

It is typically quicker to exit the townside exit. Follow the High Street round to the Fire Station. Cross Victoria Way to Church Street West and follow the main road as it runs into Goldsworth Road for quite a distance. Just after Jaflong Balti House, turn right at the blue pedestrian finger post marked to Horsell and the Basingstoke Canal, into Stepbridge Lane for 30 yards and go over the footbridge over the canal and the road. Coming off the bridge, turn right on the link to Horsell Moor, it’s the only way, and go 30 yards to the cross roads. Turn left into the road called Horsell Moor and follow this to the end. The squash club entrance is on the right hand side, opposite PureGym, just before Arthurs Bridge Road.
